An educator and lifelong learner, Yuki has built her life around helping young people grow with confidence, curiosity, and purpose. Her own international education began at home and continued through Seisen International School in Tokyo, Boston College (B.A.), and Loyola Marymount University (M.Ed.)—experiences that shaped her belief that great teaching can open doors and transform lives. Yuki began her career with Teach For America, serving under-resourced schools in South Los Angeles and working to expand educational equity. Born and raised in Tokyo, Yoichiro “Yo” Basso is a bicultural leader who deeply values how international education connects cultures and shapes globally minded people. A proud 13-year alumnus of St. Mary’s International School, he earned his BS from New York University and MBA from UC Berkeley – Haas School of Business.
